EXISTING VENUE LOYALTY PROGRAMS

LMG Members who have an existing loyalty programme at their venue can maintain their existing programs. LMG Loyalty will have a range of promotional offers which can be communicated to your customer data base to encourage sign up to LMG Loyalty and extend the benefits.

CAN LMG COPY MY EXISTING DATABASE?

Loyalty customers must elect to accept terms and conditions of sign up to LMG Loyalty and it is not possible to simply copy and paste existing customer records. Privacy Laws have strict conditions and penalties which prevent sharing of customer personal information without consent.

HOW DO WE ENCOURAGE EXISTING OUTLET LOYALTY CUSTOMERS TO SIGN-UP TO LMG LOYALTY?

LMG Members who have existing loyalty schemes can work with their LMG BDM to develop a introductory promotion which is extended to your current customers to redeem through LMG Loyalty on sign-up.
