When a loyalty transaction containing Public or Private loyalty products (as communicated in your regular promotional advice) is made via e-commerce, you will need to match your POS price of that product to the loyalty price paid via e-comm, using the steps below.

    • On the below e-comm order pick slip, the price paid for Devil’s Corner Pinot is $19.90.
    • (This is the Public Loyalty price for this period; the regular, non-loyalty promo price, is $22.90)
    • When an e-comm order comes through like this with a loyalty price point, that price should be manually changed in your till for that transaction, to ensure it matches your e-comm disbursement payment
    • Any scan rebate due on this product (as outlined on your promotional advice) will be paid in your regular loyalty scan payment, in line with promotional periods
    • Note: This is only necessary where a product has a Public or Private loyalty sell price. Any loyalty or coupon discounts via e-comm will continue to work as currently, where the full value of the discount is captured in your disbursement payment.
